Any half room, store room or small room is counted as one full room for pricing. For example, a flat with one extra small room in addition to a standard 1 BHK layout will be billed as a 2 BHK. This is confirmed with you before the booking, so the final price never comes as a surprise on the day of service.

Balconies up to 4×6 ft are covered under basic cleaning — this includes grill dusting, blower cleaning (where accessible) and a water wash of the floor. Balconies larger than 4×6 ft are treated as additional area and may attract a small extra charge, which will be communicated to you before starting work.

Our team will clean hard stains on bathroom surfaces and walls as much as reasonably possible using safe, professional-grade cleaning agents — we do not use acid-based chemicals, as these can damage tiles, fittings and surfaces. Some old or deeply set stains may not fully come off, and this will be explained to you on the spot rather than promising a result that isn't realistic. Paint removal and gum removal are specialised jobs and are not part of standard packages — these can be quoted and booked separately if needed.

Furniture or doors with fine carving, jali work or intricate small designs collect dust in ways that take significantly longer to clean. Such items are not covered under standard cleaning time and may need to be quoted as a separate add-on — our team will point these out to you before starting, so there's no confusion later.

If the flat is vacant or cleaning is required after interior/renovation work (POP, painting, carpentry, etc.), please inform us while booking. Post-interior cleaning often involves heavier construction dust and debris, so we'll explain exactly what's included and what isn't before the team arrives — no last-minute surprises on site.

We request that important items, jewellery, cash, documents and similar valuables be kept locked away or secured before our team arrives. While our staff is trained and trustworthy, this is simply good practice whenever any service team is working inside your home.

Please walk through the home with our team supervisor before they leave and point out any spot that needs touching up — this will be addressed immediately, free of cost. Rework requests raised after the team has left and packed up may not always be possible to accommodate the same day, so we encourage checking thoroughly while the team is still present.
